Ecommerce Execution Assistant
Location: Woking - Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
An exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Execution Assistant - EMEA to join a well-known, leading consumer goods company based in Woking.
Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, EMEA, this is a hands-on role supporting ecommerce performance across globally recognised brands, with a particular focus on Amazon EMEA.
You'll help ensure product content is accurate and engaging, support new product launches, improve search visibility and analyse online performance to identify opportunities for growth.
The Role
Support new product launches across EMEA, ensuring listings and digital assets are ready for launch.
Manage and optimise product listings across Amazon and other ecommerce retailers.
Support SEO and keyword optimisation to improve product visibility and search rankings.
Assist with digital content including product imagery, A+ Content and Storefront assets.
Monitor ecommerce performance, including traffic, conversion and digital shelf metrics.
Identify and resolve catalogue and listing issues.
Monitor competitor activity, customer reviews and online promotions.
Work closely with internal teams, agencies and ecommerce partners across EMEA.
About You
We're looking for someone who is proactive, analytical, organised and commercially minded, with:
Experience or exposure to ecommerce, digital marketing, content management or data analytics.
Strong attention to detail and an eye for digital presentation.
Confidence working with data, spreadsheets and reports.
An understanding of SEO and ecommerce customer journeys.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
An interest in ecommerce, digital trends and AI tools.
Experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Canva, Photoshop or ecommerce keyword tools would be beneficial but is not essential.
