Hybrid 2 days onsite in Orlando, FL
Our client seeks two Senior Decision Science Product Consultants to support the Disney Cruise Line Revenue Management System. These roles will bridge business and technical teams, translate requirements into solutions, drive delivery, and leverage data to influence decision-making. One role focuses on sustainment of existing tools and production support, and the other focuses on project delivery, enhancements, and modernization efforts.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $78.00 to $83.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Sustainment role: Own and support legacy revenue management applications. Manage and track production support tickets through resolution. Monitor system performance and ensure tool availability. Analyze data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities. Coordinate and execute testing for enhancements and fixes. Partner with business and technical teams to improve operational processes. Support project testing efforts when needed.
  • Project delivery role: Gather and document business requirements. Perform data analysis to support solution design and product decisions. Create user stories, product specifications, and functional requirements. Develop test scripts and coordinate testing activities. Partner with decision scientists, data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders. Drive projects from requirements through delivery and implementation. Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and increased business value.

Experience Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Product Manager or Product Owner experience supporting technical software solutions, or 3+ years with a Master's degree.
  • Proven experience owning product workstreams end to end and making scope and prioritization decisions.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, solution architecture, UX/UI considerations, QA, and release management.
  • Proficiency with SQL and experience using Python, R, or similar tools for data analysis.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience performing exploratory and quantitative analysis.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience driving projects against timelines and roadmaps.
  • Ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in revenue management, pricing, forecasting, or related analytical domains.
  • Preferred: experience with Figma or Moqups, CI/CD automation, statistical methods and optimization, technical debugging and root cause analysis, QA, ETL processes, and consulting or client-facing environments.

Education Requirements:
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Analytics, Management Science, Data Science, or another quantitative discipline.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in a quantitative field.
