The Role

• Create an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
• Manage all tasks within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Receive, display, and monitor inventory, including checking expiration dates.
• Replenish and ensure freshness of produce and baked goods.
• Operate the cash register and assist with stockroom and cleaning duties.

What You'll Need

• Strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a high-performing team.
• Previous retail experience or a completed apprenticeship in retail is preferred, but not essential.
• Welcoming and customer-focused attitude with a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people.
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks.
