Workday Solutions Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce is looking for a Workday Solutions Architect to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our clients in Saint Louis, MO. This is intended to be a hands-on architect role, rather than primarily functional or consultative.
The architect will:

• Work directly in Workday
• Own technical issues through resolution
• Avoid simply handing problems off to other teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently
• Help develop the technical capabilities of the other Workday team members
• Understand the end-to-end flow of data and integrations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 10 years of experience working with ERP systems, including recent hands-on experience with Workday Financials
• Demonstrated experience supporting a NetSuite-to-Workday implementation or a comparable ERP-to-Workday migration
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, system integrations, data modeling, and data migration strategy and execution
• Experience with Workday security, tenant management, business processes, reporting, and integration technologies
• Working knowledge of Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder, Core Connectors, web services, and REST or SOAP APIs
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI or comparable enterprise reporting and analytics frameworks

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
