The Role

• Operating and monitoring napkin production machinery
• Independently troubleshooting and resolving operational issues
• Performing equipment changeovers and setups for different product runs
• Making autonomous decisions to enhance productivity and quality
• Conducting quality control checks on finished products
• Working a rotating shift schedule (early, late, and night)

What You'll Need

• Vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator or a comparable technical qualification
• Strong technical aptitude and a meticulous approach to work
• Willingness and ability to work in a rotating shift pattern
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement
