This role will focus on building modern, secure, and scalable front-end and back-end solutions that enable AI/ML-powered user experiences, workflow orchestration, and operational efficiency across multiple Lines of Business. The candidate will work closely with engineering, AI/ML, product, business, and platform teams to deliver robust full-stack solutions for Claims AI 10.0 initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end solutions for Claims AI 10.0 initiatives across PCRB, E&I UNET,CSP, USP, and DisputesBuild responsive and scalable user interfaces, APIs, and workflow-driven applications that support AI/ML and automation use casesDevelop secure and maintainable services for data exchange, workflow orchestration, and business rule executionIntegrate front-end applications with APIs, back-end services, AI/ML services, and enterprise platformsCollaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutionsImprove application performance, reliability, and user experience across the stackContribute to testing, deployment readiness, observability, and production supportSupport CI/CD secure coding, and engineering best practices across the development lifecycleParticipate in continuous improvement of application architecture reusability and delivery efficiencyRequired SkillsStrong experience as a Full Stack Engineer building modern web applicationsProficiency in front-end development technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript and modern UI frameworksStrong experience in back-end development using .NET/Python/Java Node.js or similar technologiesExperience building APIs, services, and workflow-driven applicationsUnderstanding of cloud-native application patterns, integration design, and secure coding practicesAbility to work effectively across multiple Lines of BusinessStrong analytical problem solving and communication skillsAdditional DetailsAI Persona AI Builder Full Stack EngineerSite Minnetonka USAWork Experience 5-7Years
