Job Summary:-

We are seeking a motivated Java Developer to join our development team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java development, application design, and software development practices. Although the position is titled Junior Java Developer, candidates with 8–10 years of professional Java development experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
• Troubleshoot application issues and resolve software defects.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and other development teams.
• Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Perform unit testing and support integration and system testing.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and development activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Support application deployment and production issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of professional experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP concepts, collections, exception handling, and multithreading.
• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Git or other version-control systems.
• Familiarity with Maven or Gradle.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
