What You’ll Do;

• Design and build automation workflows (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Power Automate, etc.)
• Create bots for lead handling, scheduling, outreach, and internal operations
• Automate CRM updates, email sequences, content pipelines, and data syncing
• Integrate APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems
• Build dashboards, monitoring tools, and error-handling systems
• Audit and optimize existing automations for performance and reliability
• Clearly document workflows, logic, and system dependencies
• Collaborate with teams to identify and implement new automation opportunities
• Train staff on automation tools and best practices

---

What You Bring;

• Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, HTTP requests, and JSON
• Experience integrating multiple SaaS tools (CRMs, email platforms, databases, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Clear communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

---

Why This Role Stands Out;

• Competitive, market-based salary
• High ownership and real impact on company-wide systems
• Opportunity to build and scale automation from the ground up
• Work across multiple teams and functions
• Be part of a growing, mission-driven organization

If you’re someone who loves building smart systems and making operations run seamlessly, we’d love to hear from you.
