Workday Tester

We are looking for an experienced Workday Tester to support testing activities for Workday applications and integrations. The candidate will be responsible for creating test scenarios, executing test cases, identifying issues, and working with business and technical teams to resolve them.

• Create and execute test cases for Workday modules and business processes.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing.
• Test Workday business processes, reports, security, and integrations.
• Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and test data.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Work closely with Workday functional consultants, developers, and business users.
• Validate fixes and perform regression testing.
• Support UAT and coordinate with business users during testing.
• Review requirements and prepare test plans based on business needs.
• Maintain testing documentation and provide regular status updates.

• 5+ years of experience in Workday testing.
• Good understanding of Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, or Time Tracking.
• Experience with Workday business processes and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience with Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
