The Role • Assist in planning and delivering engaging educational activities that support children's development. • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for young children. • Serve as a Key Person, building strong partnerships with children and their families. • Observe, track, and report on children's progress and development. What You'll Need • A Level 2 qualification in early years education or childcare. • Previous experience working with children under the age of 5. • Demonstrable empathy and understanding of individual child needs. • Strong communication and organizational abilities. • Previous experience as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse is beneficial.
