The Role

• Provide surgical care to patients across various specialties including general surgery, ENT, orthopedics, trauma, spinal, and vascular surgery.
• Act as a skilled instrument nurse and assistant, as well as a floater, during surgical procedures within an interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure smooth surgical processes through trusted collaboration with specialist departments.
• Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards in processes and outcomes.
• Participate in on-call duties.

What You'll Need

• Certified training as an OTA (Operating Room Assistant) or registered nurse, ideally with specialized surgical training or relevant OR experience.
• A structured, organized, and proactive approach with a demonstrated ability for initiative.
• Strong communication skills fostering a collegial and appreciative team environment.
• Commitment to contributing to shared goals and ensuring high standards of nursing and treatment quality.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and possess measles immunity.
