Detailed Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Amazon Connect Chat Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:       

·         Analyze Bot Attacks Technical Product Owner.

·         Administer Amazon Connect Chat environments

·         Build and support chat routing and flows

·         Support Parloa and AI Agent integrations

·         Troubleshoot chat session, transfer, and routing issues

·         Manage chat authentication and identification workflows

·         Support intent containment and chat analytics

·         Configure contact flows, prompts, and participant experiences

·         Support chatbot releases and production deployments

·         Analyze customer experience metrics and containment performance

·         Partner with Product, BX, and Service Center Operations teams

Must Have Skills:

·         Amazon Connect

·         CloudWatch

·         API Gateway

·         DynamoDB

·         S3

·         Conversational AI integrations
