Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support our client in Atlanta. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Incident Management, and Dynatrace, along with hands-on experience in monitoring and maintaining the reliability and performance of production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) activities for production environments.
• Manage and coordinate critical incidents, including troubleshooting, escalation, service restoration, and resolution.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize Dynatrace for application and infrastructure monitoring, performance analysis, alerting, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor system health, availability, performance, and reliability.
• Identify recurring issues and drive proactive improvements to improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and operations teams during production incidents.
• Support incident response and ensure timely communication and resolution of critical issues.
• Implement and maintain observability and monitoring practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives around reliability, incident response, and operational processes.
