Project/Program Manager IV

Location: Bellevue, Washington (Onsite)

COMPENSATION: $75 - $82 HRLY

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery against defined timelines and metrics.
• Develop and refine program strategies, effectively communicating progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• Set clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics, SQL, and Excel-based reporting to drive measurable improvements.
• Navigate and resolve ambiguities in complex operational scenarios, applying structured problem-solving skills.
• Develop deep familiarity with operational systems and processes - capable of independently handling anecdotal checks, troubleshooting requests, and operational inquiries from partner teams.
• Hold cross-functional stakeholder teams accountable to program timelines; exercise sound judgment on escalation paths and surface critical issues proactively.
• Implement repeatable processes and drive automation or standardization to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or related field.

Experience: 5+ years of program or project management experience, including end-to-end delivery and senior leadership communication. Experience using data and metrics to determine, drive, and measure improvements. Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams. Experience defining program requirements and translating operational data into actionable insights.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, array formulas, data cleansing). Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
