The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and building a team of salespeople to drive revenue, generate leads, build customer relationships, hit or exceed revenue targets, and ultimately meet our customers’ needs. Generating leads out in the field within construction areas
Meeting or exceeding sales targets. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing. Preparing and submitting sales orders. Maintaining client records within CRM. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. A commitment to excellent customer service.

Excellent time management and communication skills. Cold-calling and/or dispatching skills and the ability to transition leads to sales. Analyze sales trends to increase sales. Utilizing CRM to optimize sales calls. Exerting sales effort necessary to meet sales quota. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
5 or more years of experience in sales and managing a sales team.
~ Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
~ Familiarity with CRM software. Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
