This role is for an experienced technician dedicated to keeping drivers moving, offering expert mechanical repair, diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the country. The Role • Provide expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Deliver emergency breakdown support to members. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex faults. • Offer reassurance and excellent service to members during stressful situations. • Work autonomously from your own driveway, starting and ending your day at home. • Keep abreast of the latest automotive technology and repair techniques. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic repair. • A full UK driving licence. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. • Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
