Office location: Coventry or Leeds (covering projects nationally)

Remuneration: £52,000 - £57,500 + bonus

The role of the Project Manager Resin Flooring will involve:

Project Manager position dealing with resin flooring packages across the industrial and commercial sectors.

Manage the delivery of multiple resin and industrial flooring projects across the UK.

Coordinate site teams, labour, materials, plant and subcontractors to keep projects on programme.

Oversee site operations, ensuring quality, health & safety and client requirements are met.

Monitor project progress, costs and performance, resolving issues and managing variations where required.

Liaise with clients, principal contractors and internal teams from mobilisation through to project completion.

The ideal applicant will be Project Manager Resin Flooring with:

Must have experience in a project manager or site manager role

Must have experience in resin flooring, epoxy flooring, industrial flooring, screeding, concrete preparation, specialist coatings etc

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels

Confident and articulate
