The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location.
• Conduct a variety of services including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on light vehicles.
• Manage parts inventory and complete service reports efficiently.
• Represent the organisation by providing exceptional customer service and advice.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment with diverse tasks and challenges daily.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to think independently and make sound judgements in various situations.
