The role:

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will act as a key technical authority, translating complex business requirements into scalable, high performing platform solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards.

What you'll be doing:

• Assume technical responsibility for platform development, configuration, and integration.


• Interpret and respond to detailed Business Requirements Specifications (BRS).


• Ensure system compatibility, high performance, and alignment with Enterprise Architecture plans.


• Deliver functional analysis, business case development input, and seamless operational handovers.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• Strong ServiceNow development background in ITSM or HRSD.


• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).


• Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM / HRSD).


• Proven track record in complex government or enterprise environments.
