RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce's client in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Learning Experience Strategist for a part time role.
Summary
Come join the Sales Excellence organization as a Learning Experience Strategist, a role that balances strategic frameworks with tactical execution, responsible for architecting and executing world-class live learning experiences that transform how sellers and leaders grow.
This role sits at the intersection of learning design, event production, and sales performance. You will build the end-to-end infrastructure for live learning - from the potential for large-scale Sales Kick-Offs of 800+ attendees to intimate leadership/high-performer retreats - ensuring every moment in the room is intentional, memorable, and tied to real business outcomes. This role is critical to embedding a culture of growth and continuous learning across the global sales team.
Role Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end planning models (SKO, offsite, retreat) covering agenda design, logistics, vendor management, and post-event analysis
- Partner with Sales Excellence to bring PVC Methodology, COACH Framework, and ASP to life in the room
- Design live learning that reinforces methodology adoption via role plays, skill drills, and competitive simulations
- Serve as creative director for in-room experience - transforming traditional training into memorable learning events
- Own full logistics lifecycle: venue, AV, catering, swag, travel, and on-site execution
- Architect a signature High Performer Learning Retreat blending advanced skill-building, peer learning, and culture-defining moments
- Develop standardized intake processes, logistics checklists, facilitation guides, and run-of-show templates
- Establish success metrics for every event type - learning effectiveness, engagement, skill application, and revenue-linked outcomes
- Conduct post-event analyses and continuously iterate based on data and feedback
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience designing and executing large-scale live learning events, SKOs, or corporate offsites in sales or enablement organizations
- Ability to manage events from 50-person leadership sessions to 800+ person all-hands
- Strong experiential learning design background - you design for engagement, not just information transfer
- Exceptional project management skills: budget ownership, vendor management, logistics
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring engagement and event ROI
- Ability to build scalable systems, playbooks, and templates others can execute without you
- Strong cross-functional collaboration; able to influence without authority
- Executive presence and stakeholder management experience, including C-suite navigation
- Passion for building durable systems that scale talent and elevate performance
