What You'll Need • Proven experience as a WIG welder, preferably with certifications or background as a welding specialist, metal welder, or stainless steel welder. • Ability to confidently read and implement technical drawings. • Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule. • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
