Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Tableau Administrator to manage and support Tableau Server environments. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tableau administration, security, performance optimization, and production support.
Mandatory Skills:

• 8 10 years of Tableau Administration experience
• Strong hands-on Tableau Server Administration
• Tableau Server installation, upgrades, patching, and configuration
• Experience with Windows/Linux environments
• User, group, project, and site administration
• Active Directory (AD) integration
• Row-Level Security (RLS) and access management
• Tableau Server performance and capacity management
• Extract refreshes and background task management
• Troubleshooting dashboards, data connections, access, and server issues
• Workbook and data-source publishing/management
• Strong SQL and database concepts
• Strong production support and incident resolution experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Tableau Server administration and support
• Manage Tableau security, users, groups, projects, and access policies
• Monitor performance, capacity, extracts, and background jobs
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and Tableau issues
