Total Rewards & HRIS Analyst

Benefits, HRIS and analytics in one seat — three things that usually sit in three different jobs.

We're hiring a Total Rewards & HRIS Analyst to own benefits administration, HR data quality and workforce analytics for a regional HR team. You'd be the person HR comes to when the data has to be right, with direct access to senior HR leadership and real ownership of your work.

What you'd own:

• Benefits administration — health, welfare, retirement, leaves of absence and wellness for U.S. employees. You're the first call for benefits questions and escalations.

• Open Enrollment end to end — planning, employee communications, system testing, reporting and post-enrollment audits.

• HRIS management — primary analyst for data quality, reporting, enhancements and testing across ADP and an Oracle-based HR platform. Recurring audits, validation and reconciliations, plus troubleshooting new-hire, employee-change and position-change issues.

• Compensation administration — market pricing, job evaluations, internal equity reviews, survey submissions, and support for annual compensation and incentive cycles.

• HR reporting and workforce analytics — onboarding, attrition and exit-interview metrics that inform hiring, retention and labor-cost decisions.

• Labor budget support — annual planning, preparation and ongoing oversight.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Virginia Beach, Monday through Friday, with about 10% travel.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of HR experience with real exposure to benefits administration, HRIS data and analytics
• Advanced Excel — pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas and data modeling
• Hands-on experience extracting, validating, reconciling and reporting HRIS data
• Comfortable learning and troubleshooting complicated, interconnected systems
• Strong attention to detail and the judgment to handle confidential compensation data

Nice to have:

• 5–7 years across Total Rewards, benefits, HRIS or HR analytics
• ADP Workforce Now
• Oracle Fusion or another complex Oracle-based HR environment
• Power BI, Tableau, dashboard development, Excel macros or VBA
• Experience supporting multiple business units or regional HR stakeholders
