Job Description

Position: Google Cloud Platform Cloud, Data & AI Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Role Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Cloud, Data & AI Consultant with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), cloud infrastructure, modern data platforms, AI/ML, and application modernization. The candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers design, implement, and optimize scalable cloud-native solutions while enabling engineering teams through technical leadership and best practices.
Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Design scalable infrastructure leveraging Kubernetes (GKE), networking, load balancers, API gateways, and security services.
  • Build modern data platforms using Lakehouse architecture, BigQuery, Delta Lake, Iceberg, and Spark/PySpark.
  • Develop real-time data solutions using Apache Kafka, CDC, Debezium, and event-driven architectures.
  • Design and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Vertex AI and modern MLOps practices.
  • Design and develop cloud-native applications using Java, Python, React, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Create CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and platform automation.
  • Build analytics and reporting solutions using Tableau, Coginiti, Strategy and other BI tools.
  • Lead customer workshops, architecture reviews, and cloud modernization initiatives.
  • Create reusable reference architectures, accelerators, and technical guidance for field engineering teams.

  • 10+ years of cloud consulting, architecture, or engineering experience.
  • Google Cloud Platform Professional Cloud Architect, Data Engineer, or ML Engineer certifications.
  • Experience leading enterprise cloud, data, and AI transformation programs.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer advisory skills.

Ideal Candidate
A hands-on consultant with expertise across Google Cloud Platform, Kafka, API Gateways, Lakehouse, BI, AI/ML, Java, Python, React, and Spark, capable of driving enterprise-scale cloud, data, and AI modernization initiatives from strategy through implementation.
