The Role • Prepare and load stations in various assembly areas and lines. • Conduct maintenance, care tasks, and minor repair work. • Inspect parts and assemblies for quality assurance. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions. • Contribute to the efficient production of steering systems. What You'll Need • Completed technical vocational training in a metalworking field (e.g., assembly, industrial mechanics, metal construction, locksmith). • Technical understanding, commitment, and flexibility. • Willingness to work shift and rotation schedules, including weekends. • Strong team player attitude.
