Job description

Own Wesley's production Salesforce platform and lead a two-year migration of selected workloads to new platforms. Set architecture, data models, security, and technical standards; guide developers and implementation partners; build integrations and hands-on solutions; and work with business leaders to deliver reliable systems while protecting sensitive client data.

Responsibilities

  • Set target-state architecture, data models, and roadmaps for Salesforce and successor platforms.
  • Define design standards and review proposed changes to limit technical debt.
  • Own security, sharing, single sign-on, and least-privilege access controls.
  • Plan and execute migration of selected workloads and data without disrupting operations.
  • Evaluate and manage vendors, platform upgrades, and App
  • Exchange applications.
  • Guide developers and partners, build Flow and Apex solutions, and own integrations with business systems.
