Technical Project Manager IV

Lead complex technology initiatives that span multiple projects, teams, and business priorities. As a Project Manager IV, you'll bring structure to enterprise-wide programs by developing delivery plans, coordinating engineering and business stakeholders, tracking progress, and keeping projects aligned with strategic goals. You'll help guide initiatives from planning through deployment while ensuring requirements, timelines, and resources remain connected. This role is built for an experienced Agile leader who knows how to keep momentum across a complicated project portfolio.

You'll coach teams on effective Scrum practices, work with senior stakeholders to prioritize opportunities, identify risks before they become delays, and help technical teams deliver solutions that are reliable and sustainable. Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of project or program management experience in Agile environments
Experience managing complex, enterprise-wide programs with multiple projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and delivery practices
Experience with Scrum, Agile coaching, and servant leadership
Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field-or equivalent experience

Daily Responsibilities
Maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and delivery expectations
Coordinate project managers, engineering teams, business partners, and deployment groups
Review KPIs, risks, dependencies, decisions, and open issues

Communicate progress, priorities, changes, and risks to leadership
Adjust plans and priorities as business needs evolve
