Field Retail Leader: Drive 10-14 Store Network

7-Eleven is seeking a Field Manager to lead the performance of 10-14 stores across Central West NSW, including Blue Mountains, Orange, Bathurst, Lithgow and Penrith. You will empower store teams and set high standards for in-store excellence and customer service.

You will coach Store Leaders to drive our customer ambition, foster a high-performance culture, and support ongoing learning and development across the network.
