Director of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Advanced experience with large language models. Self-hosting open-weight models, fine-tuning, quantization, and serving/inference optimization
Experience securing and operationalizing an AWS environment, ideally from early-stage setup or greenfield implementation.
Software/data/ML engineering with a track record as a senior individual contributor / technical leader
Analytics this role will collaborate with senior leaders to shape and execute an innovation strategy through agile teams.
Proficiency in AI Technologies & Tools, Python, SQL, and Tableau (or Power BI)
Comfortable with ambiguity and emerging technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Expert-level Python and modern AI/ML tooling
