Lifehouse is looking for an organized, resourceful, and people-focused Office Manager to
keep our North Bay office running smoothly and support the staff and programs that make our
mission possible. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day office operations, working with staff,
vendors, visitors, and departments across Lifehouse.

What you will do:
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the North Bay office
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Programs & Operations and North Bay teams
- Serve as a primary point of contact for office needs, calls, visitors, vendors, and correspondence
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, maintenance, mail, shipping, invoices, and other operational needs
- Maintain common areas and ensure the office is welcoming, organized, and well stocked
- Coordinate equipment repairs, vendor services, and technology needs with IT
- Maintain office records, databases, spreadsheets, and program documentation
- Coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, materials, minutes, and follow-up
- Support events, communications, flyers, and other materials that showcase Lifehouse programs and services
- Open and secure the North Bay office at the beginning and end of the workday
What you will bring:
- At least four years of office management, administrative management, or executive assistant experience
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Initiative, good judgment, and strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Professional, welcoming, and service-oriented approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and databases
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Flexibility and adaptability when priorities change
- Ability to drive for work-related purposes as needed

Compensation and Benefits
- Full time, in person role
- Pay up to $75,000 if annualized
