The Role

• Provide direct care and support to residents, focusing on enhancing their quality of life.
• Oversee and guide auxiliary staff, trainees, and interns in their professional and personal development.
• Engage in classic nursing tasks including medication administration, personal care, and digital documentation.
• Cultivate trusting relationships with residents' families, medical professionals, and colleagues.
• Actively contribute creative ideas for daily life and resident activities.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional.
• Alternatively, a completed vocational qualification in geriatric or general nursing.
• A high degree of empathy and a commitment to respectful interaction.
