Software Engineer - III

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement new automations based on prioritized business needs
Automate manual and repetitive processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk
Enhance and update existing automations as business processes and requirements change
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support and maintenance for existing automations
Test automation solutions and incorporate appropriate validations, logging, exception handling, and other controls
Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements, test solutions, and support implementation
Maintain documentation and transfer knowledge to internal team members to support ongoing ownership
Support the automation team in managing development backlogs and delivering well-defined automation initiatives
