Oracle DBA with Security Clearance

Required Skills & Experience
Currently have a TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Poly
IAT Level II Baseline Certification (e.g. CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP)
Ability to obtain an AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification within 120 days
10 years as database administrator to include tasks such as data migration, data
replication, user administration, backup and recovery, performance tuning, issue investigation, issue
resolution, and general administration.
Must have experience using Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Postgres SQL and SQL
Experience setting up disaster recovery using RMAN and data guard
Experience developing database structures that fit into overall architecture of the system under

Prior experienced with DISA and DISA’s support to mission partners

An employer is looking for an Oracle DBA to sit in Arlington, VA. The team current provides comprehensive application and database management services to support software build and deployment, as well as identity and access management (IdAM). The services include creating implementation plans that outline the scope, approach, and execution for all application deployments, performing data migration from existing systems to new systems, and sustaining and maintaining production, replica test, and unclassified database environments. This candidate will coordinate and assist with deployment and support activities, develop data migration plans and scripts, and update, patch, and improve applications and databases as required. Compensation: $65/hr to $72/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
