We're hiring on behalf of a leading organization within the defense industry, known for its critical role in developing and maintaining naval capabilities. The Role

  • Manage naval architecture aspects for major aircraft carrier program systems integration.
  • Develop and direct engineering policy for Navy project engineers, PARMs/ISEAs, and contractors.
  • Plan, design, and report on high-risk engineering operations for system and aircraft carrier design.
  • Negotiate resolutions to complex integration issues, representing engineering policy matters.
  • Evaluate and incorporate the latest developments in Naval Architecture and Engineering Systems.
  • Demonstrate experience in planning and managing complex programs for ship design, maintenance, and modernization.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET accredited) or equivalent (e.g., EIT/PE license, Fundamentals of Engineering exam).
  • At least one year of specialized experience in systems engineering project management for ship design, development, or maintenance.
  • Experience managing complex programs related to ship systems.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
  • DAWIA certification in an Acquisition Functional Area is required.
  • Experience in system of systems integration and ship integration.
