Salesforce Operations Specialist - Field Services

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Operations Specialist - Field Services in Pittsburgh, PA.

Overview

We are seeking a technically savvy, early-career professional to support a growing Field Services operation and its continued adoption of Salesforce. This role sits between technology and operations, supporting centralized dispatch, contract administration, process documentation, and day-to-day Salesforce activities.
This is not a Salesforce developer or administrator role. It is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to learn Salesforce, understand business operations, and grow within a technology-enabled organization.

Responsibilities

• Learn and utilize Salesforce to support Field Services operations
• Support centralized dispatching and coordination across multiple locations
• Interpret contracts and translate requirements into operational tasks
• Assist with Salesforce data entry, reporting, data quality, and maintenance
• Document processes and institutional knowledge to create scalable procedures
• Work with dispatchers, contract administrators, operations, and technology teams
• Support process standardization and continued Salesforce adoption
• Gain exposure to additional technologies, including telematics and other operational systems

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Entry level candidates encouraged to apply
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Interest in Salesforce, technology, operations, logistics, or process improvement
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
• Salesforce experience is a plus but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
