Job Description: Test Automation Consultant – TOSCA
Location: Kansas City, MO or Raleigh, NC - Hybrid
Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale test automation implementations across SAP and non-SAP applications using Tricentis TOSCA.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on automation frameworks, testing methodologies, and third-party TOSCA tools.
Evaluate systems and applications to identify suitable candidates for test automation across SAP GUI, web-based applications, SAP Fiori, client-server systems, and mobile applications.
Implement Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Development, and Continuous Testing practices by developing and executing automated scripts.
Perform defect triage, analyze test results, and prepare testing reports.
Design and implement automated test data management strategies for test data creation, maintenance, and reuse across various functional testing requirements.
Improve test automation coverage through regular reviews and prioritization of automation candidates.
Conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs) to evaluate new tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
Perform hands-on TOSCA DEX administration, configuration, customization, and upgrade activities.
Collaborate with the Test Manager, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver effective automation solutions.
Apply hybrid and Agile methodologies to support testing and project delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA Test Automation.
Experience in SAP and non-SAP test automation implementations.
Knowledge of SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, web-based, client-server, and mobile application testing.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Continuous Testing practices.
Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and test data management.
Hands-on experience with TOSCA DEX administration, configuration, customization, and upgrades.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C#/.NET or Java.
Familiarity with API automation testing.
Experience with test management and DevOps tools such as qTest Manager, HP ALM, Azure DevOps (ADO), Rally, and LiveCompare.
Experience working in hybrid and Agile environments.
Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
