• Project Details: Resources will join small cross-functional product teams consisting of software engineers, research scientists, and product managers. Teams typically range from 1-5 engineers and operate in quarterly delivery cycles. Organization is moving toward an AI-first software engineering approach and is seeking engineers with experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools.

• Top Must-Haves:
  • Strong Python backend development experience (or comparable backend language, with ability to read Python)
  • Modern JavaScript frontend experience (Vue preferred; React or Angular acceptable)
  • Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform
  • GitLab and cloud deployment experience (AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Codex, or similar)

Interview Process:

• 1st round: 25-minute manager screening to assess communication skills and product leadership experience
• 2nd round: 45-minute technical screening with an engineering resource, including a technical exercise
