The Role

• Provide technical and programmatic support to a critical Navy program within Strategic Systems Programs (SSP).
• Assist in the development of program strategies, specifications, and cost estimations, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Conduct technical, schedule, cost, and risk assessments, considering operational and programmatic trade-offs.
• Participate in key program reviews, technical interchange meetings, and integrated product team meetings.
• Support the management of various technical projects and initiatives.

What You'll Need

• U.S. citizen with an Active DoD SECRET clearance (TOP SECRET preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., engineering, chemistry, physics, math).
• Ability to work on-site at the Washington Navy Yard.
• Minimum of 4 years of engineering experience on defense programs.
• Strong writing, presentation, self-motivation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Master's degree in a STEM field is desired.
