The Role

• Visualize customer desires using modern 3D planning tools.
• Develop and present unique kitchen concepts, considering style, functionality, and budget.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to contract closing, including pricing, objection handling, and project coordination.
• Collaborate on project execution, including delivery and installation oversight.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct sales.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current market trends.
• Proficiency in professional planning software (e.g., KPS, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Exceptional sales, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
• A confident, personable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and an independent, goal-oriented work ethic.
