Job Description

Papiertechnologe (m/w/d) | Wörth am Rhein, Germany | Hybrid We're hiring on behalf of a leading European paper industry company, recognized for its commitment to sustainability and its role across graphic papers, containerboard, and packaging solutions. This organization operates 38 facilities and utilizes 100% recycled paper as its raw material. The Role • Operating and monitoring production machinery locally and from the control room • Managing the startup and shutdown of the paper machine, and re-establishing paper webs during breaks • Performing felt changes and directing assigned personnel • Cleaning equipment components and changing doctor blades • Adjusting and verifying paper web tension • Overseeing quality parameters using control room data, quality control systems, and laboratory results What You'll Need • Successfully completed vocational training as a Paper Technologist or equivalent qualification • Previous experience as a Paper Technologist is desirable • Demonstrated independence, initiative, flexibility, and resilience • Ability to work effectively in a 5-shift operation What's On Offer • Competitive salary package according to collective agreement, including a 13th-month salary and holiday pay • Secure, permanent position within a future-oriented, family-owned business • Excellent opportunities for professional development and career advancement • Supportive team environment and a commitment to sustainable work practices Apply via Haystack today!
