Job Summary: As a Foreman or Journeyman, you will play a key role in the installation of exterior architectural metal systems on commercial buildings. Working alongside your crew, you will install a variety of exterior metal panels, primarily ACM panels, flashings, and occasionally metal roofing. Depending on your experience level, you may lead and coordinate a crew, ensure quality workmanship and safety standards, or provide skilled support to the team through your expertise in architectural metal installations

Daily Responsibilities
  • Install metal wall panel systems, ACM, cladding, and metal roofing on commercial buildings Install clips, cut/trim metal panels, level, mount panels, install flashings
  • Conduct work from heights and elevated platforms- boom lifts, scissor lifts, scaffolding, etc.
  • Use hand/power tools and job site equipment regularly
  • Assist in loading and unloading material
  • Follow all safety rules and procedures
  • Participate in safety classes and certifications as required
  • Set up fall restraint equipment and wear PPE
  • Travel and work at various jobsites as needed (Salt Lake County, Utah County, Weber County)
  • Assist in the shop or in other departments as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience with architectural metals installations is required (various kinds of exterior metal panels, ACM, metal roofing, flashings, fasteners, clips, etc.)
  • We are seeking skilled Foreman and crew leads who have led Metal panel/cladding installation projects
  • Has reliable transportation/own motor vehicle
  • Very comfortable working from heights and outdoors year-round
  • Previous experience with fall-prevention and following safety procedures
  • Willing to submit background check and drug test
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship)

  • Bilingual (Spanish)
