Senior Specialist, Lab IT & Systems Support
Foster City, CA | Onsite
18-Month Contract

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Lab IT & Systems Support to support laboratory computing environments, instrument-connected systems, laboratory software, and IT infrastructure within a regulated biotech/pharmaceutical environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience supporting laboratory computing, laboratory systems, or scientific instrumentation
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, research, or regulated laboratory environments
  • Experience supporting instrument software, vendor applications, and connectivity
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues
  • Experience coordinating with instrument vendors and enterprise IT
  • Strong stakeholder communication and customer-service skills
  • Experience with laboratory technology lifecycle, deployments, upgrades, patching, CMDB/inventory, and infrastructure coordination preferred
