Software Deployment Coordinator

TD Synnex, an innovative San Francisco tech company, seeks a Prep Desk Specialist to coordinate and prepare software deployment activities for enterprise clients. You'll manage incoming requests, validate technical requirements, configure standard environments, and ensure all assets, documentation, and access are ready for engineering and implementation teams. Partner closely with developers, project managers, and support to track status, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track software deployment preparation activities for client projects
• Review and validate technical requirements and deployment prerequisites
• Prepare standard configurations and environments based on runbooks and playbooks
• Ensure all assets, credentials, and documentation are ready for engineering teams
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and support to resolve prep issues
• Maintain accurate records, tickets, and status reports in workflow tools
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to prep workflows
• Support quality checks before handoff to implementation or operations teams
