Job Description

About the Role

This is an operations internship with a clear path to full-time, sitting at the center of a fast-growing healthtech startup focused on personalized diagnostics and preventive care. You will report directly to a founding team member and own real parts of the business from day one, with the core mission of automating manual processes rather than simply managing them.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end customer experience, including onboarding, appointment scheduling, results delivery, and retention.

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations with lab partners, phlebotomy clinics, and supplement manufacturers across Europe.

  • Build internal tooling and automations using tools like n8n, Notion, Linear, Airtable, and scripting as needed.

  • Design and document operational playbooks that allow the business to scale without proportional headcount growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, consulting, or a similar hands-on role.

  • Fluent German, required for coordinating with laboratories, clinicians, and customers.

  • Practical experience building automations or workflows with no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, or similar platforms.

  • Comfortable owning end-to-end processes with high autonomy, this is not a shadowing or support-only role.

  • Automation-first mindset: you look to eliminate manual work, not just administer it.

  • Available for a 3 to 6 month internship with the intention to convert to full-time.

  • EU/EEA work authorization (visa sponsorship is not available).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: 30,000 to 36,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany, five days per week.
