Job description

ComTec Solutions LLC seeks a Project Manager to lead Epicor ERP and IT implementation projects for manufacturing and industrial clients. In this role, you will own the project lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through planning, execution, risk management, and post go live support. You will coordinate cross functional technical teams, manage budgets, schedules, and scope, and serve as the primary client contact. The ideal candidate brings strong IT/ERP project management experience, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, thriving in a small, professional, customer focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Epicor ERP and IT implementation projects for manufacturing clients
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into project plans
  • Develop and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional technical and consulting teams to deliver solutions
  • Serve as primary client point of contact, managing expectations and communications
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Manage change requests and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
  • Facilitate testing, training, and go-live readiness activities
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
  • Report project status and performance metrics to internal and client stakeholders
