Role Overview
The Senior Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Project Manager / Business Analyst leads the delivery of GRC, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and audit remediation initiatives while supporting business analysis activities to ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, and control requirements. This role is responsible for project execution, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, remediation tracking, and audit readiness. The ideal candidate has over ten years of project management and business analysis experience, strong PMO discipline, and a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in complex, regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of GRC, cybersecurity, compliance, audit, and risk management initiatives.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, remediation activities, and project governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Cybersecurity, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Technology, and business stakeholders.
• Drive execution of audit findings, compliance commitments, and control remediation efforts.
• Lead project recovery efforts and manage multiple concurrent initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Partner with compliance, risk management, internal audit, and business stakeholders to define and document regulatory, audit, control, and risk management requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, control reviews, and gap analyses to identify compliance and remediation needs.
• Develop and maintain requirements, process flows, control documentation, risk registers, and remediation plans.
• Support audit responses, evidence collection, control validation, testing, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Adhere to PMO, governance, compliance, and audit standards while maintaining project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and financial trackers.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Ten or more years of project management, business analysis, or combined experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives. Proven experience delivering GRC, cybersecurity, compliance, audit remediation, risk management, or business transformation programs is required.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Clarity PPM, DocuSign, and Microsoft Copilot. Solid understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, audit, and control frameworks is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise GRC, cybersecurity, audit, or regulatory compliance programs.
• Experience operating within a structured Project Management Office environment.
• Project Management Professional certification or related GRC certifications.
