An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a long-established M&E Building Services contractor located along the A24 corridor.
The position will be predominantly office based, combined with regular attendance at project sites as required.
The CompanyThe company is a highly respected, privately owned M&E Building Services contractor with a long and successful trading history.
They deliver a varied range of mechanical and electrical projects across the commercial, education, healthcare, residential and public sectors, maintaining longstanding relationships with clients.
The business has an established management team, a strong directly employed workforce and a healthy pipeline of secured work.
As part of their continued development, they are now looking to strengthen their project delivery team through the appointment of an experienced Mechanical Project Manager.
The RoleThe Mechanical Project Manager will join an experienced and supportive operational team, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical building services projects from the early stages through to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for a locally based Mechanical Project Manager seeking a stable, long-term position with an established regional contractor, without the constant travel into Central London associated with many comparable roles.
The successful candidate will work closely with the companys directors, commercial team, site management, clients and supply chain throughout the delivery of each project.
The Ideal CandidateThe company is looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a background working for a Mechanical or M&E Building Services contractor.
You should possess:
- Proven experience delivering mechanical building services projects
- A strong understanding of commercial heating, plumbing, ventilation and associated mechanical systems
- Experience working with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams
- Good commercial awareness and an understanding of project costs
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
- A professional and organised approach to project delivery
Candidates should ideally be based within a reasonable commuting distance of the A24 corridor.
RemunerationThe successful Mechanical Project Manager will receive:
- Base salary of £65,000£70,000
- £6,000 Car allowance
- Pension

The final remuneration package will reflect the successful candidates experience and background.
