Location: Kent / Sussex Border (Office 2-3 days per week, with site visits across London and the South East)

We're working with a well-established electrical contractor that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects across London and the South East.
Due to continued growth, they're looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their close-knit team.

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion, typically overseeing 3-4 live projects at any one time depending on their size and complexity.
Project values generally range from £100,000 to £1 million across commercial fit-out and refurbishment schemes.
The role offers a mixture of office and site-based working. You'll spend approximately 2-3 days each week in the office on the Kent/Sussex border, with the remaining time visiting projects across London and the South East. You'll have the flexibility to organise your own diary while ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Managing projects from contract award through to handover.
- Planning programmes and coordinating project delivery.
- Managing subcontractors and site teams.
- Procuring materials and specialist packages.
- Working alongside commercial and design teams.
- Managing costs, variations and project performance.
- Attending client and site meetings.
- Overseeing commissioning, testing and handover.
- Maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the building services or M&E sector.
- Strong electrical contracting background.
- Commercial fit-out or refurbishment experience.
- Good commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Salary depending on experience.
- Quarterly performance bonus (typically around £15,000 per year).
