Full Desk Technology Recruiter (Permanent Placement)
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Full Desk Technology Recruiter to join our growing team in Boston. This role combines both business development and recruiting, giving you full ownership of the placement process from identifying new client opportunities to sourcing, interviewing, and placing top technology talent.

What You'll Do
Business Development & Client Management

• Develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
• Generate new job opportunities within technology departments across a variety of industries
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs, business objectives, and hiring priorities
• Negotiate recruiting agreements, fees, and service terms
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives throughout the hiring process
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional business

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Source, engage, and recruit technology professionals for permanent placement opportunities
• Conduct candidate interviews to assess technical skills, experience, career goals, and cultural fit
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview processes
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide coaching throughout the hiring process
• Manage offer negotiations and facilitate successful placements
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates to generate referrals and repeat engagement

Desk Management

• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data within the ATS and CRM
• Consistently achieve personal recruiting, sales, and placement goals
• Track market trends, compensation data, and hiring activity within the technology sector
• Create and execute strategic plans for developing new business and growing existing accounts

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of agency recruiting, staffing, search, or business development experience preferred
• Experience recruiting within technology, IT, software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, cloud, or related technical disciplines is highly desirable
• Strong prospecting and business development skills
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple searches and client relationships simultaneously
• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruiting tools

Requirements
2+ years in a staffing agency doing a mixture or recruiting and sales
$65,000-$85,000 base salary + uncapped commission
