Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced EE project manager/developer to lead the development of automotive electronic hardware products from concept to production. The role combines project management, technical leadership, hardware development, validation, and stakeholder management to ensure successful delivery of high-quality automotive electronics solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in automotive hardware design, board-level validation, project execution, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Technical Leadership

• Lead EE development activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage project planning, execution, risks, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with System, Software, Mechanical, Quality, Manufacturing, and Test teams.
• Manage customer, supplier, and internal stakeholder interactions.
• Support technical reviews, design reviews, and project governance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and engineering best practices.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards, quality processes, and organizational procedures.

Hardware Development & Validation

• Define and support EE architecture and hardware design activities based on system requirements.
• Support component selection, BOM creation, and design optimization.
• Perform hardware integration, board-level testing, validation, and debugging.
• Analyze and resolve hardware and software-related issues.
• Support EMC, electrical qualification, and system validation activities.

Functional Safety & Compliance

• Support Functional Safety activities in accordance with ISO 26262.
• Participate in D-FMEA and FMEDA activities.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer requirements.

• Strong technical leadership and project management skills.
• Minimum 2 years of board-level hardware testing and validation experience.
• Experience in project planning, risk management, resource coordination, and milestone tracking.
• Strong hardware debugging and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
